What is Assisted Living Placement?
Assisted Living Placement is a FREE service to consumers and their loved ones. TCC helps families looking for Senior living options by matching them with 3-5 properties that provide the services needed. Upon ‘touring’ the client and/or family members through the properties, the client will make a decision as to which property is the right option. After the client moves in, TCC collects a commission from the property.
What is In-Home Care?
TCC employs certified caregivers and certified nursing assistants and then places them with clients based upon the client’s care requirements and desired schedule. TCC handles all staff management, training, scheduling, and instruction taking the burden off of the client. We provide services known as “Activities of Daily Living” or “ADLs”. These services include:
- Medication Reminders
- Transportation and Errands
- Paperwork assistance (letter writing, bill pay, etc.)
- Bathing and shower assistance
- Companion services
- Meal Preparation
- Light House Keeping
- Laundry Services
- Toileting Assistance
- And more!

What types of training does TCC provide?
All franchisees are required to go through both the corporate classroom training as well as field training with your Franchise Advisor. This Training is vital to the integrity and long-term viability of your franchise and will be crucial to your success!
What types of national advertising does TCC offer?
All franchisees contribute to a corporate marketing fund that is used solely for national public relations, advertising, and most importantly: Online Advertising.
How long is the contract for and how do the royalties work?
Each franchise signs an initial 5 year contract with renewable 5-year extensions thereafter. All franchise fees/royalties are paid weekly and are used for ongoing training and support to ensure not only your initial success, but long-term sustainability as well.
